Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Course

The MBSR is a structured 8 week course designed to help you live a fuller & and richer life, able to cope with the stressors that life sometimes throws.
I am one of only a handful of teachers qualified to Masters level in mindful approaches and gained my qualifications at The Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice. I am also a fully qualified psychotherapist, registered with BABCP, having gained my qualifications at The Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at The Maudsley.
You will learn and build on different techniques to manage stress and improve your general well being. This will be done in a safe, nurturing environment, to maximise your potential and enjoyment. We will practise mindful movement, breathing, stretching and walking, and you will be able to use these techniques whenever you want.
A workbook and MP3 downloads will be part of the course. The group will be composed of 12 individuals max, which allows for an individual, tailored experience in a group setting.

Research is showing the huge differences a daily mindful practice can have on your life, and with my experience of working in the NHS, education, industry and forensics, you will be in a very safe environment to explore your potential. Places are very limited, however, so please register your interest early rather than late as they go quickly!
