About this Event
Interglobe in collaboration with Vienna Global Leaders is proud to offer an exclusive online program on Mindfulness at Work for leaders and professionals.
- One-month program: 4 weekly sessions (9,16, 23 & 30 June)
- Each session lasts 50 minutes: 16:00-16:50 CET / 10:00-10:50 am EST
The practice of mindfulness is a well-documented method for helping calm our nervous system and “get back to center” — especially in times of high volatility and uncertainty.
Equally, mindfulness in a professional context means to work with calm, focus and the ability to release internal and external distractions as they arise. This, in turn, enhances your effectiveness and resilience.
These interactive sessions with German-American global coach Rita Wuebbeler will teach you individual skills and methods to implement a mindfulness practise at your workplace. Learn to take a break from dealing with crises and ambiguity and focus on your well-being.
Learn practical tools that help you to
- Increase your resilience and mental strength
- Become more effective
- Boost your creativity
- Decrease mistakes and meaningless distraction
- Manage stress and calm your nervous system
- Be more present in the moment and with your tasks at hand
- Learn to interact with teams and colleagues with presence and authenticity
- Become more aware of the impact of mindfulness on your life
