Mindfulness as a Life Skill Course


6 week course plus retreat day with Dr Hagen Rampes. NB Short mindfulness practices taught in the course.

  • Learn how to better cope with stress.

  • Improve mental and physical health

  • Have clarity, focus and balance when feeling overwhelmed

  • Develop a better work and home balance

  • Achieve an increased sense of aliveness and energy

Course dates: 4 May, 11 May, 18 May, 25 May, 1 June & 8 June 2017 on Thursday evenings, 7 to 9 pm.
