What is the Mindfulness Now Programme?  

The Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion. Whether you're completely new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life. 

This course is taught in an entirely secular way so open to people of all faiths or no faith

Is parking available

There isn't a carpark but there are no parking restrictions (e.g. residents only)on the surrounding streets

I've never tried mindfulness or meditation - is this course right for me

Absolutely, this course is for complete beginners and also those have tried some meditation and would like to develop their mindfulness practice

What are the full course dates

The 8 week course starts on Tuesday 2nd September and runs for 8 consecutive weeks - the last session being on Tuesday 21st October

Do I need to attend all of the sessions

Ideally yes I you wish to get the best you can rom the programme - however if you are unable to attend a session this won't prevent you from continuing.
