Event description

Description

Come on a restful creative journey!

In mindful writing we use the ancient Buddhist wisdom of mindfulness to open up our creativity. Focusing on the breath, body, senses and the natural world we find the peace and traquility that is our natural state. We learn to look at the world through non-judgemental eyes.

This workshop combines meditation, discussion, examining natural objects (rocks, shells etc.) and a range of writing exercises designed to open up your natural creativity.

The workshop is hosted by Tom George, a writer and musician with a special interest in mental health and wellbeing.
