Mindful Workshop: Yoga and Meditation Workshop with instructor Yogiji Mundaka
Learn the true self beyond mind, emotions, and body. Awaken the divine music from the heart to the soul and illuminate the eternal being within.
Instructor: Yogiji Mundaka
Yogiji has been teaching yoga for more than 50 years and has studied Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Classical Indian Yoga, and Integral Yoga. He is a philosopher, lecturer, counselor, writer, artist, yogi, spiritualist, healer, and meditator.
Yogiji will be teaching the Mindful Yoga Workshop at Xiang Yun Temple on May 4-6. Everyone is welcome to attend. You can register for all the sessions or for specific sessions if your schedule prohibits you attending every day.
Registration must be completed in advance of the workshop and can be completed online.

Registration fees are:
Friday-Sunday (all sessions): $140 with two vegetarian dinners and three snacks
or
Friday session only: $35 with one vegetarian dinner and snacks
Saturday sessions only: $75 with one vegetarian dinner and snacks
Sunday sessions only: $50 with snacks
