Description

Take a break from the highly intense, overly connected, dramas of life and spend some time to learn some techniques and steps you can take to live a less stressed life. In this introductory course to mindfulness based stress reduction we will discuss some of the tools to live a life of presence.


In this course we will touch on some of the key step in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction:

  • More effective ways to manage stress

  • Decreased anxiety, depression, irritability

  • Increased coping skills with difficulties, both physical and emotional

  • Awareness of the mind/body interplay

  • Increased self-compassion and self-acceptance

  • Greater compassion for others and improved relations

  • More energy and enthusiasm for life

This course gives you a great foundation to build your mindfulness practice around.
