Mindful Stress Reduction - Six Week Course with Dr Richard Chambers

Mindfulness is being fully engaged and present in each moment of our lives. This six-week course is the perfect introduction to science and practice of mindfulness.
It will help you establish a regular mindfulness meditaton practice and apply this to:
- Reduce stress, anxiety and depression
- Sharpen your focus and improve your memory
- Improve work/study performance and productivity
- Enhance communication and relationships
The course fee includes a manual and MP3 guided meditation practices. Medicare rebates of $190 are available with a mental health care plan. Speak to your GP about this.
Sessions run 7:30 to 9pm in Richmond.
Refund policy: If you book in and are then unable to atten, your booking may be transferred to a subsequent course. You must give at least 2 weeks notice for this. If you cancel your booking completely (again with a minumum of 2 weeks notice) you will be refunded the course fee minus a $50 admin fee.
