Reduce stress, anxiety, burn-out, and self-criticism by improving your self-care in 2018!

Join Tiffany Roe, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, from Mindful Counseling to improve self-care and overall wellness using mindfulness, self-compassion, and meditation strategies! This one day workshop will provide education, experience, and specific guidelines to help you find your self-care stride using research-based mindfulness and self-compassion techniques.

The workshop includes instruction and a custom workbook which will teach you why & how to embrace and honor your emotions and needs. It will invite you to build daily awareness of your needs and teach you how to meet them using evidence-based psychological strategies.

Tiffany will be joined by guest speakers and professional counselors Sara Hughes-Zabawa, LCSW and Joe Dennis, CMHC.
