Mindfulness and self-care are your birthrights. Together, they become your stress management super powers and lay the foundation for helping you to become resilient and thrive mindfully in your life and career.

Join Ananda Leeke, a mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, reiki master, author, and artist, for an online workshop that will help you gain an understanding of mindfulness and self-care, identify your self-care barriers, and offer you tips and resources for creating a mindful self-care mindset, action steps, accountability, and a toolkit you can use during the remainder of 2019 and into 2020. During the workshop, you will have an opportunity to practice mindful self-care exercises including deep breathing exercises, meditation, and journaling.

You will need access to the internet during the workshop. It will be offered via Zoom.

Once you register for the workshop, you will receive an email with a Zoom link and instructions and link.
