Description
Mindful Resilience and Yoga Therapy is a practice for those who may suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic distress disorder, or other mental health issues, as well as friends and family members who know someone who struggles with these experiences. This class, taught by Kelly Rozick of I am Limitless, a new fitness studio opening soon in Lancaster, consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude. These practices are adapted and delivered to maximize their ability to undo the nervous system dysfunctions that underlie symptoms of stress-related conditions.
This event is free, but we have a relatively small space, so participation is limited and tickets are required. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move well, and bring your own mat.
