Join us on Saturdays from 5:30 PM (12:30/ ET/ 9.30 am PT) for Mindful Munch and Mingle - a 30 minute virtual session where we make a quick, high raw vegan recipe, eat mindfully and chat. Perfect for busy days: with simple ingredients, minimal cooking, big vibes, nourishing connection. After booking, you will receive ingredients and equipment needed. You’ll ‘Munch Prep’ beforehand and then ‘Munch Make’ on the day…Yay!
