Mindful Movements: A Yoga Class for Women

Yoga exercises increase flexibility, strength, circulation, and balance. The specific yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques taught in this class are designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that occur before, during and long after having children. Our yoga instructor has a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy with over 20 years experience working with women as a licensed physical therapist and fitness instructor. Join us for a fun and invigorating class that helps women of all ages strengthen and tone muscles from pregnancy to premenopause and beyond.
You may purchase a 1, 5 or 10 class punch pass on our Eventbrite website. Print and bring your Eventbrite receipt/ticket to your first night of class where your instructor will then exchange the receipt for a physical punch pass. Make sure to bring the punch pass with you to each class. Punch passes are non-refundable. Punch passes are good one year from the date of purchase.
