Mindful Movement Masterclass Series with Jessica Goldberg
Learn how to leverage your strength more effectively through specific attention to the way your bones, muscles, and connective tissues collaborate. In each Masterclass you will advance your way of thinking about movement and learn small tweaks to your everyday routine that will translate into huge gains in your mobility, stability, and strength while easing muscular and joint pain. This Masterclass series combines neuromuscular awareness, nuanced movement, and myofascial release to help you move more mindfully in the gym and through your life.

Feet, Hamstrings, Hips
We'll address common issues that can lead to foot, ankle, knee, and hip pain and to tight calves, hamstrings, and hips. Take home some simple adjustments to your daily routine that can be even more effective than hamstring and hip stretches at mobilizing your posterior chain for maximum strength and power.

Hips, Back, Breath
What do sitting, standing, walking, and breathing have in common? They all have a huge impact on how we use our back and our hips. Building on our knowledge of the lower body from Masterclass One, we will untangle hip tension and realign your spine to alleviate pain, increase mobility and strength, and make space for the breath.

Back, Shoulders, Neck, Jaw
Building on the foundations established in Masterclasses One and Two, we will make space for you to hold your upper body with ease. Increase shoulder mobility and strength while alleviating back, shoulder, and neck pain (and even minimizing jaw pain and teeth grinding!).

Total Body Reset: A Yoga Tune Up® Masterclass
A 2-hour myofascial release session that will weave what we've learned in Masterclasses One, Two, and Three into a mobility-boosting, tension-melting relaxation fest. You've never chilled out so hard!
These Masterclasses are designed as a series that takes a whole body approach to mindful movement—each class builds on the foundation of the previous sessions. It is highly recommended (but not required) that you take each class in succession. The most relevant material from previous sessions will be reviewed in brief for drop-in students.
