Join Mum of one and Mindfulness practitioner, Emma Martin to help you feel less stressed, calmer, confident and in control this new year. Whether you have a toddler, preschooler, older child or teenager(s)- this course is for YOU!

1) Goal setting exercise and grounding technique to help feel calmer and in control during times of stress, worry, anxiety or upset!
2) Life admin support, Mindful eating and an introduction to meditation to relax and unwind
3)Postnatal fitness session with funmumsfitness to link strong physical health with strong mental health. Easy, quick and safe exercises that you can complete at home with your family
4)Parenting support and Q&A. Whether you're struggling with toddler tantrums, teenage hormones, sleep troubles or fussy eating, our trained health visitor and nursery nurse has 20years experience working with 0-19 year olds and will share her proven suggestions and advice with you to empower your parenting choices.
5) Self care, practical ideas as to how you can implement self care into your life as a busy mum. learn how to complete an aromatherapy facial on yourself as you mindfully enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy and the sense of touch. A real treat to relax and de-stress
6) Goal review, Gratitude practice and affirmations- more ideas and techniques to help encourage a more positive mindset !
