Each Mindful Monday, Kelley Snyder, life coach, yoga instructor and meditation practitioner will introduce a new mindful theme and lead the group in a lesson, practice and group discussion.
If you’ve wanted to start a mindful practice this is a great place to do it. And, if you’re a more experienced practitioner, this will be an opportunity to connect with a community and deepen your experience.
Feed your mind, body and spirit. Immediately following the mindful program, a healthy, homemade lunch will be served.
Cost: $25 (includes lunch*)
