About this event
This is a space for adults who spend most of their time supporting our youth in Boston!
Our 4-week Mindfulness series comprises mindfulness exercises and time to reflect, encourage, plan, and receive feedback on ways to build and integrate mindfulness in life and work for yourself and others.
Feel free to drop in and use any stand-alone 1-hour Mindful Monday to focus on the areas of mindfulness you feel you need to practice more of or learn more about.
Or attend each session of the 4-week series to progressively build your mindfulness skills and increase the breadth of support you can receive in effectively implementing mindfulness in your life from liked minded youth working peers, and TBCC clinicians experienced working with youth!
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no Mindful Mondays the week between each 4-week series on the following Mondays - February 27th, March 6th & 13th, April 17th, May 22nd, & June 26th
