Join STRENGTH IN THE CITY, Jay Taylor and Gudrun Snyder for an evening of relaxation, meditation and community.

About this event

Join facilitators Jay Taylor (Current Vibrations), Gudrun Snyder (Moon Rabbit Acupuncture), and Drop to Health for a rejuvenating experience in sound meditation, acupuncture, and aromatherapy.

To begin, Jay will provide you with an introductory lesson on meditation and sound followed by some light breathwork and the setting of intention. Next, lay back and allow the precise frequencies of the singing bowls, gongs, and percussion to interact with your body on a cellular level supporting the reharmonization of your system.

As the experience begins to unfold Gudrun will provide several needle placements (optional) to enhance and deepen your meditative experience. Additionally, the Drop to Health team will intuitively select essential oils and mist them throughout the space aiding you in letting go of resistance and dropping into deeper states of relaxation.

*No previous experience in meditation or acupuncture is required to participate and benefit from this offering.

Consider bringing a mat, pad, cushion, pillow, blanket, eye mask, water, and anything else that you need to be comfortable.

Consider eating lightly prior to our experience as the digestive process can impede meditation.
