MLLW is for women who are leaders, aspiring leaders, business women or aspiring business women or any woman who wants to lead themselves or others with more clarity, personal presence and authenticity

MLLW is for women who desire to increase their influence in their current role or future role (you don’t have to be leading or managing people)

MLLW is for women who want to gain the benefits of regular mindfulness practice (for their work or life) and be supported by this program in establishing a regular mindfulness practice. Recent research suggests you can gain the benefit with as little as 5 minutes a day regular formal practice (mindfulness meditation) and informal minutes of mindfulness during your day.

What past participants are saying:
"Helen, I have been uplifted and inspired to make a better way. This course has not just impacted my leadership and work life, but equally my home life has benefited tremendously. I feel I have regained control of the busy voices in my head; which has bought about space to contemplate what I could do rather than what I should do. Coming to the course as a sceptic I had convinced myself I would not be able to achieve this ‘meditation thing’. In your safe, nurturing joyful environment- I did. It helped me enormously to make it my own, it’s my own practice. I deliberately don’t refer to it as meditation as I seem to close myself off, you enabled me to reconsider and make it my own. This course has changed my life- I realise that’s a bold statement- but it has. I have embedded practice as a habit, something I did not consider possible. The benefits are amazing"
Lesley Parker Certified Scrum Master & Project Manager, The University of Adelaide.

"I’d been interested in mindful meditation for a while and began by attending 2 Saturday workshops run by Helen.  I can be a rather reactive person, often speaking before thinking, and I have a tendency to worry about things I can’t do anything about. I had done meditation before but not mindfulness meditation. The Saturday workshops helped to increase my clarity and focus and my ability to stay calmer under pressure. When Helen advertised the Mindful leading and living for women professional development program I knew I had to go. The program went for 7 weeks; 5 group sessions and 2 one on one coaching sessions. The one on one coaching sessions were incredibly helpful in getting clear on what goals I really wanted to achieve and how to achieve them. Each group session focussed on a key aspect of mindfulness and leadership of self and others. I am so grateful I did this course. I feel calmer, more focussed and I’m able to let much of the minutiae of life wash over me without having to react or interfere. I find it easier to recognise when I am feeling anxious or agitated and deal with it quickly. It was a joy to complete the program with other women. The camaraderie and support we shared as we struggled and succeeded in our mindfulness practice was astounding. Helen is an amazing person. Compassionate, knowledgeable, accepting and fun."
Fiona McGuiness, Manager Admissions Business Development and Regions, TAFE SA
