MINDFUL LEADING AND LIVING FOR WOMEN (MLLW) is a UNIQUE Professional Development PROGRAM combining:
the FEMININE POWER OF THE WOMEN’S CIRCLE,
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TRAINING and Practice,
the PRACTICAL APPLICATION of mindfulness to LEADERSHIP and
the TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF INTENTION AND GRATITUDE.
Who is this program for?
MLLW is for women who want to Transform; Grow; Change; Get out of their comfort zone; Be Inspired, Increase Self-knowledge ,Self-acceptance, and Self-compassion; Be More Joyful and Spontaneous, Lead and Live with more Clarity, Personal and Power and Presence.
MLLW is for women who are leaders, aspiring leaders, business women or aspiring business women or any woman who wants to lead themselves or others with more clarity, personal presence and authenticity
MLLW is for women who desire to increase their influence in their current role or future role (you don’t have to be leading or managing people)
MLLW is for women who want to gain the benefits of regular mindfulness practice (for their work or life) and be supported by this program in establishing a regular mindfulness practice. Recent research suggests you can gain the benefit with as little as 5 minutes a day regular formal practice (mindfulness meditation) and informal minutes of mindfulness during your day.

"I’d been interested in mindful meditation for a while and began by attending 2 Saturday workshops run by Helen. I can be a rather reactive person, often speaking before thinking, and I have a tendency to worry about things I can’t do anything about. I had done meditation before but not mindfulness meditation. The Saturday workshops helped to increase my clarity and focus and my ability to stay calmer under pressure. How does the program work and what does it include?
The program is a 7 week commitment to 5 (in person) training workshops, simple mindfulness practices to learn and how to apply this to your leadership and your life. The program consists of:
pre work to get clear on your personal intention for the program
5 x 2-3 hour sessions conducted over 7 weeks (On two weeks there will be no session for integration time and one-on-one coaching sessions)
Each week session we will explore one key aspect of mindfulness and how it relates to our leadership of others and leadership of self
Specific application and reflection activities between sessions
guided mindfulness practice at each session
Simple and short mindfulness practices you can easily incorporate into your work day
Handout booklet at each session
Coffee and tea and delicious refreshments at each session
BONUS: Optional 2 x 75min one-on-one coaching session with Helen Elizabeth Alm Principal, Helen Elizabeth Seminars to support you with your specific intention for the program

This Program will be held at the beautiful Sophia Centre,Cumberland Park, which is 10 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, in South Australia.
