Join Holistic Nutritionist and Disordered & Emotional Eating Coach, Rachel Molenda, and The Fix + Co. for a night of Mindful Feasting!

Connect with like-minded women over a delicious 3-course plant-based dinner catered by The Fix + Co in the comfort of a home while learning how to bring more mindfulness to your eating habits and improve your relationship to food.

You will walk away feeling uplifted and more at ease with food after attending this event and learning how to:

  • Pursue health in a flexible non-restrictive way while prioritizing nutrition

Attendees will enjoy the below menu with complimentary wine throughout the night. A Kombucha Spritzer Mocktail will also be served before dinner and dessert will be capped off with a nourishing Digestive Tea.
