Description

Each session will begin with a themed presentation by Chef Pam Fanjoy. Pam is the Chef and Owner at The Friendly Chef Adventures in Hillsburgh ON and also a Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience running Mindfulness Meditation groups throughout the GTA with a broad spectrum of clients seeking healthy lifestyle changes for optimal well being, as well as clients dealing with cancer, renal failure, diabetes, anxiety, depression & ADHD.

This group will focus on teaching strategies for creating a healthier relationship with food as you set individual goals for your own improved nutrition, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Participants are welcome to share in open discussions but can equally benefit from observing if they prefer.

This is not a diet or weight loss program and no direct medical advice will be provided.

This program includes four sessions, each session will address a specific topic. Tuesday's in November from 7-8pm, (November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th). Your fee includes a group manual of materials to help you develop your own plan to wellness and track your progress, healthy snacks during the group for mindfulness activities, recipes,
