Mindful Eating

Simple Steps To More Mindful Eating will help you to think about your own behaviours and thought processes when it comes to eating.

We will look at unhelpful beliefs, thoughts and attitudes about food, eating and dieting, and how to become a more mindful eater.

It will be helpful for anyone simply trying to eat more healthily, wanting to feel more in charge of food, lose weight and/or achieve successful long-term weight management.

Becoming a more mindful eater can help you to improve your current eating habits, enjoy less food more, achieve successful weight management and get into the habit of considering what to eat, how much to eat, whether to eat and the eating process itself in any given situation. Ditch those diets and focus on becoming a more mindful eater!
