About this Event
Staying on track during the holiday season can be challenging, especially combined with the stress of an usual year. Join us to learn how to maximize your food budget through planning and mindful eating. We'll cover the basics of purchasing the best buy, planning meals and food prep, as well as mindful eating through portion control.
This workshop will be held at 6p on December 7th via Zoom. Upon registering for this event, you will receive an email with login details. Participants will also receive a friendly reminder prior to the start of the program. Resources and printables to help you put these new skills into practice will be provided.
