We are excited to announce our new Mindful Caregivers Breathing Circle!😮‍💨 🫁🕉

Being a caregiver can be incredibly rewarding but it often comes at the price of your own health and well-being. It can be easy to slip into our caregiving responsibilities to be there for other people so much so that we forget or delay recharging our own batteries and after a while this can really wear you down. 😩

That’s why we are super excited to team up with Certified Mindfulness Teacher Sabrina McLean of to offer this new 💯 free Mindful Breathing series lovingly created just for YOU starting May 5th thru October 20th 2022.

The Mindful Caregiver Breathing Circle is a virtual mindfulness sessions crafted with the intention of presence and peace. This bi-weekly beginner friendly zoom session will be between 30-45 minutes and recorded so that you can rewatch for continuous practice on your own. Think of these sessions as a dose of self-compassion mixed with a mindful practice, reminding you the importance of pouring into your own cup and all the different ways you can.

As your mindfulness instructor, Sabria will provide a safe space of guidance to pause, turn inward, and realign with the mind-body in the present moment. The session themes will focus on the experiences and challenges of caregivers.

Each mindfulness sessions will begin with settling into our bodies with deep breaths and the intention of the practice, followed by a short dharma talk on a particular challenge and ending with a mindfulness practice or meditation. Come as you are the conditions are perfect.

May you have the courage to put yourself first so that you may pour that goodness into others. Classes will be held bimonthly on Thursday evenings at 6pm EST. Recordings will be made available.

Sabrina McLean, B.A. Psychology, Certified Mindfulness teacher, is a passionate entrepreneur with a mission to awaken people to their potential while simplifying the path to behavior change.
