Come along to our Mindful Art Practice taster session to learn more about the MAPS, Mindful Art Practice 8 week course.
This taster will give you a chance to try mindful art for yourself, chat to us and get a feel for the 8 week course, to help you decide if you would like to attend the full course.
Mindfulness and art is a relaxing way to learn life changing tools to calm the mind. Reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and low mood.
Our 8 week Mindful Art Practice course will gently lead you on a journey of self discovery. To open to your true nature, connecting to yourself and others in deeper ways. Increasing your levels of health and happiness.
This course is for adults only.
To help make our sessions accessible to all we offer pay what you can places to people facing finical hardship. Please only take one of these tickets if you need to.
