What We'll be doing:

Friday night workshop (7-9pm)
  • Preparing your personal 'roadmap' for Saturday's Clinic
  • Where are you now? Mentally? Physically?
  • Where are you now in your partnership with your dog?
  • Where would you like to be?
  • Developing your focus
Saturday's Confidence Clinics

  • Split into small groups, you'll bring your dog and work over competition conditions
  • First steps to putting your 'roadmap' into practice
  • Identify your 'inner critic' and start learning how to stop it sabotaging you
  • Build focus
  • Rounding out the experience and next steps
Confidence Camp PLUS
  • all of the above plus...
  • An individual one-to-one session with Kathrine prior to camp (time during the week leading up to camp by arrangement at a mutually convenient time)

Kathrine McAleese, M.S.,helps people change their mental attitudes so they're in a better position to achieve their goals. Current clients are competing at all levels of dogsports across the world, from USA and Canada, to UK and Ireland, to S. Africa and New Zealand.

Author of a popular series of articles on the mental side of agility for Agility Voice magazine, Kathrine was one of the experts who presented at the Kennel Club Canine Sports Coaching Conference in November 2012.

As well as having competed and judged in agility and having already worked with competitors from 6 nationals squads, Kathrine considers herself privileged to have clients just starting out in dogsports as well as those at all points between beginner and world levels. Kathrine says, 'I LOVE this work! Helping people succeed is what gets me bouncing out of bed in the morning- it's amazing!'
