In honor of National Nutrition Month, this free event for women includes a Body & Mind Nutrition discussion with local Holistic Cook and Health Coach, Sherine Elsawaf, a Breathing for Wellness session with Robyn, Founder of happiesbetter, and an inspiring Fitness presentation led by Sarah McGuire, Coach & Owner of New Aura Fitness.
Spend the evening with a group of passionate women, all commited and aspiring to better whole health. Learn new ways to think about the hows and whys of nourishing our bodies. Take a journey to new and different ways of achieving perspective and health through breath. Be introduced to a brand new women's fitness center and the inspirational vision behind it.
