MIND SPACE: MANAGING ATTENTION & ENERGY
Join us for an engaging 3-hour facilitated retreat led by Simple Intentions Founder Jae Ellard. Mind Space is designed to empower individuals to recognize and work with the impact of energy and mind states. Participants will learn to work with and manage both positive and negative energy as well as learn tools to shift energy states.
