10.30- 1pm : Open to all 2.15 - 5pm : Regulars

Stop reacting. Start responding. According to the Buddha, your state of mind isn’t just background noise — it’s the engine that drives your life. Your thoughts shape your actions. Your actions shape your world.

In this course we explore two powerful modes of mind: the reactive mind, which keeps us stuck, defensive and predictable — and the creative mind, which opens space, freedom and possibility. The spiritual life is the shift from one to the other, moment after moment.

Through bold teaching, honest discussion, meditation and practical experiments, we’ll look at how to unhook from reactivity and step into a more creative, alive way of being. We’ll also explore a dynamic Buddhist teaching that charts a rising spiral of creativity all the way to Enlightenment.

You’ll receive the book ‘Mind – Reactive and Creative’ to deepen your practice.
