MIND & MEDITATION

What if you could improve your daily feeling of Happiness? Often we feel like there is too much to do, not enough time, and not enough energy. Come to our Mind and Meditation workshop, and see how we can break this cycle through simple yet powerful breathing and meditation techniques. On Monday, Feb 12th OR Tuesday, Feb 20th, 6:30pm-8pm. This is your one stop shop to get all your queries answered by our meditation experts!

In this free 1.5 hour workshop you will learn the basics of stress-reducing breathing techniques & meditations that are taught in the Happiness Program.

Learn simple yet powerful tools from experts who have been teaching these for almost 18 years!

What you will learn:

  • How to manage stress

  • Four sources of energy

  • Guided meditation

  • Breathing techniques

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is plenty of free parking behind the building as well as on the street in the front

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please dress comfortably and carry a bottle of water with you. The seating will be arranged on chairs for all.
