Come recharge yourself with some breathing techniques and meditation! Learn more about stress/ anxiety, nature of mind and how breath can be a powerful tool to being Happy!

Like rhythms in nature, there are rhythms in our body. As we grow, we fall out of these rhythms due to stress, and as a result, move away from being our natural selves. Also, learn about breathing techniques and Sudarshan Kriya, a technique taught in Happiness Program, that help restore our natural rhythms, de-stress as well as energize our body.

This one hour session includes-

- Undertanding of the nature of the mind

- learn a breathing technique

- Experience a guided meditation

- Introduction to Sudarshan Kriya and Happiness Program
