Mind and Meditation session is an introductory session to understand how the mind, body and breath are closely connected. The session includes relaxing breathing techniques along with a guided meditation through which you'll experience how to handle your mind, thoughts and emotions.
This session is also a preview of the Happiness Program. The Happiness Program goes more in depth in learning skills to handle negative emotions and situations to achieve a greater sense of joy, happiness and enthusiasm. At the core of the program is the powerful breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya.
