Event description

Description

Matter is what we experience. Mind is what we experience with. So if we can change the perspective how we experience, we can change what we experience.

In this online course I will help you discover how certain events that you have been though in your life have a profound effect on you and how they have linked and created neural pathways in your brain that elicit the responses that you have now and what we can do to change them. It is best if you come prepared with a list of events that you have been though and that you would like to work on, if not I will help you discover which events may be the ones that you need to dig into to make the greatest changes or shifts.

We pick up a lot of our "programming" at an early age as a child from our families, school, etc. These programs control how we respond to situations and also who we become because of the certain situations that we have experienced. A lot of people have been through different types of trauma at some point in their lives. Trauma doesn't just have to be the different types of abuse (physical, sexual, verbal, mental, emotional), you can also experience trauma from war, moving, starting a new school, loss of home, death of a loved one, Near Death Experience, divorce, loss of job, break-up, new sibling, illnesses, etc. just to name a few. Trauma's actual definition is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. So think of any experiences that match that description that you have experienced at some point in your own life. Those are the things that we are going to work on in this series. Specifically PTSD/ANXIETY/DEPRESSION, all things that can be linked back to traumatic experiences.
