What is Mind-full Suppers?

An exciting chain of events hosted by anyone to raise money for Mind HK and get people talking about mental health.

In the U.K., Mind-full Suppers was set up to do something to help spark conversations about mental health. Not scary, unapproachable conversation, but a normal, everyday type of chat - the type you already have about your job, the news, what you watched on TV last night. The sorts of conversations about anxiety, stress, and mental health we should have been having all along.

We are hopeful Hong Kong's love of food, wine and a good time will help Mind-full Suppers become a chain of supper club-like events that spread our message, get people chatting, whilst also raising much needed funds to show that mental health matters.
