Research shows that 47% of the time we are mentally off-task. That means, we spend half of our time on autopilot, reacting out of mental habit rather than responding skilfully to what is happening in our life and work.
Learn how to recover some of this “lost attention” and keep your mind on task, while at the same time boost your performance, creativity and resilience and achieve improved well-being.
Tony will draw on practices from Potential Project's “Corporate Based Mindfulness Training” programs that combine the latest neuroscience research, contemplative psychology and modern business practices to give you tools and moves you need to be more effective and successful at work and in life.
