The mind is our most sensitive instrument of perception, expression and experience. But just
as people take more care of their skin than their liver because they can’t see their liver, we
often don’t give our invisible minds the loving tender care it needs. It needs nourishing,
nurturing, protecting, and cleaning. What are the things we need to do and to avoid in order
to deeply care for the health of our minds?
