Panel Discussion: "How to become Centered"
Following the panel discussion, participants are placed in one of four groups. The groups will rotate every 30 minute until all groups have had the opportunity to partake in all four (4) areas of interest. The following illustrates the four (4) groups, corresponding facilitator and a synopsis of the topics:
SOUL Facilitator: Pauline Taylor
With this area of discussion, participants will garner an understanding of the interrelatedness of food and our various lifestyles in present day
BODY Facilitator: Jamaal Piper
Individual will develop a working knowledge of how to develop and maintain a harmonious sense of well-being through physical fitness.
SPIRIT Facilitator: Sharidan Johnson
This group will engage in discussions for a better understanding of what it means to be “present”
MIND Facilitator: Tracie Nelson
With this focus, the mind is discussed from an overall well-being perspective
