Event description
EXPERIENCE HEIGHTENED STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS WITH SUPPORT TO HEAL, INSPIRE, AND TRANSFORM.

About this Event

WHAT IS A BREATH JOURNEY?

You will be guided by Dr. Jan and Michelle Woodruff in this grounded conscious connected breathing technique called Breathwave. This is an active meditation and vibrational mind-body medicine. This vibration is felt in the body as it evokes the life force energy within you.

Deep belly breathing with no pauses throughout the journey will fill your body with oxygen and cleanse internal organs. You will be laying down on your back to start on your yoga mat with pillow(s) and blankets for comfort. Blocked emotions will be allowed to surface and supported in release. A musical soundscape will guide you as you find a natural rhythm in your breath and integrate what you are feeling. Sound healing, aromatherapy, light body work/ acupressure, and guided verbal cues from your facilitators will support your process.

The mind and the body harmonize during this practice, so that you can hear the wisdom coming through from your heart.

At the beginning of this session, Michelle will teach a self reflexology practice for grounding yourself and your energy. You will learn ways to apply pressure to specific areas of your own feet to facilitate relaxation and boost vitality. Take home handouts will be provided.
