In this 2 hour programme, Wendy will take you through simple, easy-to- use grounding techniques to bring yourself back to the present moment whenever you experience stress. Based on brain-science, these approaches are effective to ease tension and bring you to a state of calm. You will take away practical tools for better mental and emotional state management in stressful situations.


Food brings people together and cooking itself is a therapeutic way to de- stress. Have fun engaging with your inner chef and with one another as you learn how to prepare healthy and delicious food together. Avoid unhealthy eating under stress with smart tips from Bing. Take away healthful recipe(s) to kick-start your quest into healthy eating for the betterment of your physical well-being.

*This is a live group cooking session. Participants will get to enjoy the food thereafter.
