Description

This class is designed to train mind and body together, beyond your designated workout time. Life is a Bootcamp by itself. Prepare and push yourself, setting your intentions at the beginning of class and ending with a challenge for that week. Come move. Come breathe. Come train and share your super power.

Beginning with a fun warm up, we all used to do when we were kids... (come find out what it is and revisit your inner child), we then move on to a dynamic mobility warmup, focusing on alignment and posture for a strong core and proper form, not only in class but in life.

We then move on to fun High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) circuits, incorporating body weight strength exercises, shadowboxing, cardio conditioning and of course, core work, with progressions and regressions needed for any modifications. We end with a physical meditation circuit, revisiting the goals set at the beginning of class and tapping into what it means to push yourself mentally. Finally recovering in stillness.
