The beans are back again!

Milwaukee's 13th annual Chili Bowl, returns to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Sunday, January 27,2019.

VIP Early Entry 11am-4pm
​General admission: 12pm-4pm

Milwaukee's top chefs and restaurants will compete for Milwaukee's best chili and the coveted Golden Ladle Award.

Reserve your tasting ticket and you'll be able to sample traditional and spicy chili, along with specialty chili like chicken, lamb, brisket, sweet potato, bratwurst, and vegetarian chili.

So, whether your temptation is spicy, vegetarian, or traditional chili, there is something for everyone.

​Joe's K Ranch - Traditional chili spices with a beefy tomato base. Sweet onions, red peppers, green peppers and loads of lean ground chuck all come together to form a mild spiced chili.

Delafield Brewhaus - Brisket beer chili with caramelized onion, cream beer cheese. Also serving a Veggie Chili- Chickpea vegetable chili with poblano sour cream

Mulligans Irish Pub & Grill: Traditional beef and pork loin chili . Also serving it's Vegetarian Chili - a Smoked Poblano and white bean vegetarian chili

Ugly's: Spicy Steak and Beef Chili: Sirloin, ground beef and and a special blend of fresh and dried hot peppers. Chipotle sour cream garnish.

Kettle Range Meat Co. - WHOLY SMOKED chili highlights our signature grass fed beef and smoked sausage paired with charred and smoked chili’s and tomatillo slow cooked in a deeply seasoned bone broth reduction.

Trysting Place Pub: Traditional ground beef chili in three different types of heat. Mild, spicy, and OH MY GOD

Bunzel's Old-Fashioned Meat Market & Catering - Cowboy Prime Ribeye Chili topped with duck fat potatoes

Allgauer's Bistro In The Park - Traditional and Spicy Chili: Saltillo White Bean Chili - White Bean, Spicy Homemade Chorizo Sausage, Ground Beef, Tomatillos’, Array of Spicy Peppers, Chili’s and Roasted Corn. Topped with Cilantro Sour Cream

The Astor Hotel - Beer Cheese Chili - Beer, cheese, ground bratwurst, white northern beans, and a mix of spices.

Cream City Catering - Traditional spicy chili with ground beef and beer braised chuck. Assortment of fresh mexican peppers and garnished with a cheddar cornbread crumble and lime sour cream.

Point Burger Bar (Milwaukee & Pewaukee) - White chicken chili, cream based, northern white beans, green chili peppers and spices.

The Ivanhoe Pub & Eatery: Serving our signature traditional Irish chili featuring bangers, rashers & Guinness. Also serving Spicy Chicken Chili featuring chicken, spotted cow, ghost peppers , vegetable & beans.

Ka-Bob's Bistro - Sassy Pork Chili with Bean

Hooters in Brookfield: Traditional chilli, a little kick, but not real spicy. With ground beef and kidney beans. Sour cream, shredded cheddar, and diced onions to top it off.

Famous Dave’s of Greenfield: Traditional- Dave’s Award-Winning Chili - beef, pork sausage, and it is not gluten free.

Pier 106 Seafood Tavern - Southwest inspired shrimp and calamari chili with the flavors of Baja Mexico

Chubby's Cheesesteaks - Unique chili uses many fresh vegetables and Mediterranean spices to give it layers of fresh, exotic flavors while still incorporating traditional chili ingredients.

What's included with ticket?
Each Chili Bowl ticket includes EIGHT (8) 3oz chili cup samples ... that's about 1.5 lb. of chili, bread rolls + a $10 Potawatomi Fire Keepers Reward Play certificate.

WANT TWO MORE CHILI SAMPLES?
Donate two non-perishable canned goods to the Hunger Task Force and we'll award you with two more cups of chili goodness. Maximum TWO free additional samples per event ticket.

- Chili tasting halls open to general public at 12pm and 11am for VIP early entry
- Registration opens at 11:00am for General Admission and 10:00am for VIP.
- Free Parking
- Non-smoking in the event area.
- Children 17 and younger are welcome at the Chili Bowl with legal guardian present. Must be 21 or older to enter casino floor.
