Professional Experience for Bob Suycott-
Robert (Bob) Suycott currently is the Sr. Client Manager at Willis Human Capital Practice. Bob comes to Willis with more than 25 years of experience in Employee Benefit administration.
Bob’s clients include large, multi-state, self-funded and fully-insured clients. In his role, Bob partners with clients to develop and implement human capital strategies. His project management responsibilities include managing renewal activities, marketing and implementing new carriers/vendors, monitoring and presenting financial /utilization data, and coordinating day-to-day client support. In addition, Bob provides clients with on-going education on legislative changes, industry developments, and marketplace trends.
Prior to focusing his career on Benefits Consulting, Bob held positions at Interra Health (a worksite wellness firm) and Humana. Bob has also worked as a Senior Benefits Consultant at R&R Insurance Services and Hays Companies.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch College. Bob received certification from the National Wellness Institute located in Steven Point, WI in 2007 as a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant (CWWPC).
Professional Experience for Dave Steffen-
Dave Steffen is a certified business coach specialized in teaching and mentoring professionals on many levels to enhance individual accomplishments and organizational success. Dave’s professional background includes:
Dave is a detail-oriented professional with a track record of developing high achieving performance-based cultures for organizations ranging from multi-million dollar operations to less than one-million dollar operations. Additionally, he believes networking is crucial to his business so he attends 2-3 events per week.
Dave holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Professional Experience for Linda Caples-
Currently, Linda is the Director of Continuing and Professional Education for the Medical College of Wisconsin. A couple of her past jobs were the Director of Education for the Movement Disorder Society and the Business Manager for the Heritage Chorale.
Throughout her career, Linda remains active in a variety of organizations, including the American Public Health Association, the Wisconsin Public Health Association, the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions, the Global Alliance for Medical Education, and the Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education.
Linda received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Butler University and her MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. Upon graduation, she served as a marketing/development specialist for ARTREACH Milwaukee and as technology coordinator for both Marquette University and the Neighborhood Technology Learning Centers; working with local Milwaukee schools.
Professional Experience for Brian Beth-
Brian is currently the Payroll Tax Administrator at Extendicare Health Services, Inc. in downtown Milwaukee. Brian has worked at Extendicare for over 12 years and has been working in his current role since 2006. Brian is a national member of the American Payroll Association as well as a member of the Greater Milwaukee Chapter of the APA. Brian has held officer positions of Vice President and President of the chapter and is currently the Past President Advisor and Website Committee Chairperson. Brian is a member of Great Lakes Church in Kenosha, WI and is the Security Team Leader. Brian is also baseball coach and instructor for the Wisconsin Wave.
Brian is a 2013 graduate of the University of Phoenix. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
Professional Experience for Dirk Tussing-
All in all, Dirk is a PASSIONATE COLLABORATOR with an extensive business and charity network that makes things happen. Dirk is the founder of the Executive Learning Exchange by creating a highly visible knowledge sharing environment to facilitate achieving greater success and recognition for their contributions specifically targeting Chicagoland & Milwaukee Learning & Talent Development Leaders with limited time through high-impact collaboration with peers through networking and sharing best practices.
