FAQs

How can I buy a table where me and my guests can all sit together? Great question! The seating will be in round tables of 10 each. Simply purchase 10 dinner tickets (for either members or non-members, either is fine and they can be mixed) and upgrade them with reserved seating. We will ensure you and your guests are all seated together at your own table!

What is a Silent Auction? A silent auction is an opportunity for guests to view and place written bids on gift baskets, gift cards, or experiences. The highest bid placed by the end of the evening wins the item!

How late will the event run? You gave your opinions at last year's Reagan Day Dinner - You spoke and we listened! We have limited our quantity of speakers this year to bring you a quality event rich with content. We respect your time and aim to wrap things up at a reasonable hour!

Where is this venue located / Is there free parking / Is it accessible for persons with disabilities? The Hilton Garden Inn at Milwaukee Park Place is located about 1/2 mile northeast of where Good Hope Rd. meets Hwy 41/45, and just southeast of the Menomonee Falls Woodman's store. The hotel has ample free parking and we believe it is well suited for persons with disabilities as well. Please call the hotel directly at (414) 359-9823 for more information.

Where do I go when I arrive at the event? The event will be held in a ballroom at the west end of the building. There are multiple doors you can enter through that will take you there. If you enter the hotel through the main entrance, follow the building's main hallway to your left, past the pool and exercise area, beyond the Allgauer's restaurant, to the 2019 Reagan Day Dinner.

Can I buy my ticket the night of the event as a walk-in at the door? Fortunately, we believe this event will sell-out and to keep our costs in check, we will be providing the venue an accurate head-count of expected guests. As a result, the option to purchase tickets for this event is only available for those who pre-register. We do not intend to sell tickets for the 2019 Reagan Day Dinner at the door. Please reserve your spot today by purchasing a ticket here online, or returning the RSVP card you received with your invitation.

What's the refund policy? We sincerely thank you for supporting the RPMC. Because we must provide a verified head-count to the caterer for this event, there will be no refunds. However, in the event that you are unable to attend, we encourage you to contact us and arrange for a friend to attend in your place.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Easy! Contact the 2019 Reagan Day Committee Chair Kim Bray at (920) 217-6162.
