Join us for a half-day training session on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®. We'll walk through the system and nuances to achieving a more accurate energy score for your building(s).

Get your questions answered, network with other building professionals, and take the opportunity to evaluate your building data. This session is valuable for both new and experienced ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® users.

Who should attend?

Building owners, building managers, facilities and operations managers, energy managers

What will you need to participate?

  1. Create a user profile for ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®, or update your profile. Be sure to bring your login information!

  2. Then, download the appropriate workbook to collect information specific to your building type. The information will include, but not limited to:

  • Information specific to your building type, such as gross floor area, weekly operating hours, number of personal computers, etc.

  • 12 consecutive months of energy bills for all fuel types used in the building

  • 12 consecutive months of water bills


Agenda:

  • 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Light refreshments & Introductions – Tell us: who you are, a bit about your building, and your experience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®

  • 8:30 AM – 8:40 AM: Short overview of USGBC and support available

  • 8:40 AM – 9:40 AM: Walk-through of Portfolio Manager

  • 9:40 AM – 9:55 AM: Break w/ light refreshments

  • 9:55 AM – 12:15 AM: Look at the data (input or review) (breaks as needed)

  • 12:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Final Q&A and where to find resources

What's the refund policy?
