Event Date: Thursday, September 21, 2017
Time: 6:00 - 8:00pm (Set up begins at 5:00pm)
Location: Milton Elementary & Middle School

-There is a $50 non-refundable fee for booth space. Non-profits and school clubs will not be charged.
-No solicitation or sales of products and no active fundraising during this event, please. The Activities Fair is an informational event only; its purpose is one-stop-shopping for community members to gather information about and/or sign up for the many activities available to them in Milton. The event is also a great venue for organizations and businesses to network with each other
-You are responsible for staffing your own table and set up and tear down. Please arrive beginning at 5:00pm for set up and plan to stay at your booth for the duration of the event. You are responsible for taking down and clearing materials at the end of the event. You may pull up to the front door to unload your materials and park in the designated areas. There will be attendants available to direct you as needed.
-Location of booth space is not guaranteed.
-Your registration is not complete until we have received this form and payment.

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN TABLE.


FOR PROFIT BUSINESSES
All for profit businesses must meet the following criteria:
-No solicitation or sales of products of any kind during this event
-Services or programs promoted during this event must directly benefit Milton
