The Great Intimacy: Mill Valley retreat with John Prendergast and Kelly Boys
In this 4-day retreat we will explore how to be deeply intimate with ourselves and with life through the felt-sense of the body. Through dialogue, pair exercises, meditation, and gentle movement we will learn what it means to listen to the whole body as a source of inner guidance.
Our bodies have a natural sense of the truth - we can feel authenticity in ourselves and others. However, our conditioning – core limiting beliefs, reactive feelings, and somatic contractions – veil our deeper truth and obstruct our natural self trust and sense of intimacy.
Together, in the extraordinarily beautiful, secluded Ralston White retreat center nestled in 43 acres of redwoods on the side of Mt. Tamalpais outside of Mill Valley, we will inquire, share, rest, and play as we explore our edges to opening to our true nature and the authenticity and intimacy that this brings.
This retreat also has plenty of time built in for rest and rejuvenation.
John and Kelly are offering this retreat at near cost. We have a very limited number of tuition scholarships available for those in genuine financial need. These do not include room and board.
Upon registration you will receive a welcome letter with retreat details. For any questions about the retreat, please email Uli at email@example.com.
