Event description

Vegetables are the centerpiece of most cuisines around the world, and Milk Street brings you a new approach to making vegetables bright and flavorful—the star of any meal. This winter's menu includes crispy sweet potatoes with spicy honey, Middle eastern cauliflower with tehina (lemon, tahini and garlic sauce) and kale salad with smoked almonds and Spanish-inspired breadcrumbs.

This is a three-hour hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street Cooking School educators. Please note: some of the recipes in the class may use fish sauce or anchovies. If you are a vegetarian, please let us know.
