Boeing, the Chicago Cubs, and USO Illinois are celebrating military families with a pre-game gathering at Gallagher Way located just outside, Wrigley Field. Families must have at least one child between the ages of 0-18 to attend.

Must register ALL guests (see limitations below).

Registered guests must check in between 4:00 p.m. - 5:45pm.

Family experience includes:

• Cubs game tickets for Monday, May 16th at 6:40 PM
• Food/Drink Voucher (includes hotdog, chips, souvenir soda) – redeemable at a vendor inside Gallagher Way
• Giveaways in Gallagher Way

Parking is not included.

Tickets for this experience are very limited. Do not register unless you are 100& committed to attend the pre-game gathering and night game.

First-come, first-served. Must register on this page.

Be prepared for any weather condition. If the game plays, you expect you to attend. Failure to show up may prohibit you from attending future USO Illinois opportunities.

Eligibility:

• Must be currently serving military family with at least one dependent youth age 0-18 to attend
• Active Duty, National Guard and Reserves
• Retired military, IRR, DOD, and Civilians families are not eligible for this USO program

Tickets may be utilized by the following:

• Military + Spouse + Dependent Youth
• Military + Dependent Youth + 1 civilian guest
• Spouse + dependent youth + 1 civilian guest
• A civilian guest may not attend if both military and spouse are attending

I hereby: (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that I sustain or aggravate by participating in USO Tickets for Troops: Chicago Cubs; (2) assume all of the foregoing risks and accept responsibility for all expenses, medical or otherwise, related to such damages or injury; (3) release, indemnify, and hold harmless the USO, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all liabilities to me, my heirs, and personal representatives for any and all claims, demands, actions, expenses, losses, or damages arising out of or in any way related to my participation in these lessons and/or practices; and (4) represent that I: (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in [USO Tickets for Troops: Chicago Cubs]; and (b) have not been instructed by a health care provider to refrain from participating in such activities. I hereby represent that I am 18 years of age or older, have read this USO Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”), fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue the USO under certain circumstances.
