midwest.tech/connect is the largest virtual summit/online community of its kind, bringing together Midwest-based and Midwest-linked startups, VCs, angel investors, and other resources, focused on Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A stages, hosted by Sandalphon Capital. A must-attend event, every six months we facilitate over 8,000 connections between hundreds of investors and startups with many successful fundraising stories - this is our sixth event.

PLEASE NOTE:

*** Registration is now open. Within 10 minutes of registering you will receive an activation email from our event platform "Deal Room" via astrid.aalto@dealroomevents.com where you can login to complete your attendee profile and start to connect with other attendees. Please check you received the Eventbrite confirmation email after signing up, otherwise there may have been an error in your email address. ***

*** If you registered for both fall/spring events last year you have been added to Deal Room platform already and do not need to register again ***

Attendees include:

• Founders: based in the Midwest or with ties to the region (Pre-Seed to Series A stage)
• Funders: angel investors, VCs, venture lenders and revenue-based financing options active in the Midwest
• Accelerators/incubators: based in the Midwest, with ties to the region, or seeking startups from the region
• Select service providers that support early-stage companies (contact support@midwest.tech)

For Investors:

• We do the hard work of aggregating actionable deal flow across the Midwest region
• Easily browse and filter through hundreds of startups according to your interests
• Find new leads to connect with, check-in with startups you know already, and/or hold office hours
• Send DMs to ask questions or schedule off-platform conversations
• Easily schedule 25 minute 1-on-1 meetings on-platform for April 25-26 from 9am-5pm CT, or as your schedule permits
• Connect with other investors across the region and beyond
• Discounted tickets available - we charge a small fee to cover our costs

For Startups:

• We make it easy to get in front of investors that may be a good fit and empower you, no opaque filtering or matchmaking, or warm intros required
• Easily browse and filter through hundreds of investors to find good fits
• Touch base with existing relationships or find new targets
• Send DMs to see if you’re a fit or schedule off-platform conversations
• Easily schedule 25 minute 1-on-1 meetings on-platform for April 25-26 from 9am-5pm CT, or as your schedule permits
• Connect with peers in your region or startup field

Timeline:

• Registration: now open
• Event platform open for profile completion, browsing, messaging and matchmaking: April 4
• We recommend you complete your profile by April 11, or as soon as possible
• Browse/filter attendees and send direct messages: April 11-26
