Get your discounted tickets today! The early bird special ($42 per vehicle) runs until March 1st. Beginning March 1st, ticket prices will jump to $52 per vehicle.

General Admission tickets include two nights camping (Friday & Saturday), as well as all included activities.

Extended Stay Tickets include up to four nights camping (Th/Fri/Sat/Sun - although you can arrive and leave at any time), as well as all included activities.

This event is a fundraiser. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales and the raffle will be donated. Most of the proceeds will be donated to Adventure Works, an Illinois-based nonprofit that improves the lives of marginalized youth by getting them outside and working with them through adventure therapy and team building. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Last year the Midwest Vanlife Gathering raised over $6,000!

All are welcome to this event! Be sure to bring the whole family, including kids and furry friends.

You don’t need a van to come out and camp -- feel free to join us in your car, tent, hammock, skoolie, or RV. Any and all off-grid setups are welcome, but please note that there will be no hookups on site, and generators are not allowed.

WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS! Do you want to teach a skill? Put on a performance? Help run a workshop? Assist with setup, registration, or cleanup? Shoot an email to Jayme at midwestvanlife@gmail.com to find out how you can get involved!

Interested in vending at the event? Are you food or drinks vendor? Do you sell your own handmade products? Are you a company interested in setting up a booth for the weekend? E-mail Jayme at midwestvanlife@gmail.com to find out how you can join us!

Interested in being a sponsor? We're offering several different ways to work with us. Your business can donate items to our raffle, come out to the event, put on a workshop, sponsor an activity, and more. In exchange, your business will be promoted at the event as well as through our related social media channels. E-mail Jayme at midwestvanlife@gmail.com for more info.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Anyone of all backgrounds and all ages are welcome to attend, as well as our furry family members! Bring your kids, bring your babies, bring your dogs and lizards and cats and more!

What should I bring into the event?

Pack like you are going camping for the weekend. There will be access to potable water onsite, but it never hurts to make sure your water tanks are filled up prior to arriving. The venue has a cafe that will be selling (delicious and affordable) food if you don't feel like cooking all of your meals.

There will be a community potluck on Saturday night, so please bring something to contribute.

Bring ample sunscreen, bug spray, and a tick key or tweezers (we will try to supply some for those who may need them). There WILL be ticks out and about, it is the height of spring in the Midwest. The temps around this time of year can fluctuate between cool and warm so be sure to pack clothes accordingly and bring some rain protective gear.

There will be events like yoga, stand up paddleboarding, and more, so be sure to pack clothes you can move around in, and don't forget to bring your swimsuit!

There will be bathrooms and showers onsite.

There will likely be cell service on or near the property, but we cannot guarantee that all networks will have service. Plan like you are going off grid for the weekend.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

For any additional questions you may contact Jayme at midwestvanlife@gmail.com.

What's the refund policy?

Event tickets are non-refundable.

I would love to donate more to these great causes! How can I do that?

Fantastic!! When purchasing your ticket, there is a "Donation" option where you can enter the amount of money you would like to donate. If you cannot attend the event but would still like to contribute, you may! No attendance neccessary to make a donation! Just a reminder that this event is 100% a fundraiser. The organizers do not keep any of the proceeds.
